Your water-planning selections

The tools process your selections in your browser. Photos remain in the current tab and are not uploaded. A profile stays on your device unless you choose to include it with a contact request. Photos are never attached to contact requests.

Contact requests

When you submit a contact form, we receive your name, phone number, optional email, property area, service interest and any message you enter. You can choose to include your water profile. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss service.

FormSubmit processes and emails these requests to our team. Its documentation states that submission records are retained for 30 days. Our email provider also processes and stores the received message. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Request forms may use spam protection.

Contact details are not saved in your browser’s profile storage. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information. A request does not reserve an appointment or add you to a marketing list.

Optional saved profiles

“Save on this device” stores your water source, concerns, household details, equipment selections, test values and readiness answers in this browser for up to 30 days. Photos are excluded. Use “Delete saved profile” in the builder to remove the saved copy. Avoid entering information you do not want others using this device to see.

Downloads and links

Downloaded profiles and checklists are files under your control. Calling the displayed number uses your device’s telephone service. External reference links open their respective websites, which apply their own privacy practices.

Hosting and analytics

There are no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts in this website. The hosting service may process technical connection information needed to serve and protect the website. Temporary interaction records stay in the current browser tab.
